Bubbly Wine

RB Meyer PhotographyIt’s always fun to open a bottle of bubbly when the mood strikes. It’s Sunday morning and a festive brunch pops up or friends stop by and are in the mood for a sparkler. I keep two bottles in the wine refrigerator, my favorite Spanish Cava, Cristalino, and a Rosé. My criteria for sparkling wine is that it be refreshing, dry and affordable enough to open whenever I want.

Special occasions are always an excuse to bring out the good stuff/champagne.
