Chile’s Sauvignon Blanc
Jul 1st, 2009 by Alana
I am learning about wine from Chile this summer. Here’s what I’ve learned about Chilean Sauvignon Blancs so far:
- They are inexpensive, $12 – 16.
- I like the convenience of screw caps for this wine.
- The Sauvignon Blancs are low in alcohol which is great for summer sipping.
- They pair well with food.

I am a big fan of Chilean Sauvignon Blanc, especially for the warmer summer months. Not sure if you have found any favorites but mine is the Veramonte Sauvignon Blanc. Do you have any yet?
I tried Veramonte a long time ago, thanks for reminding me. I’ll pick up a bottle and give it a try.
my pleasure, let me know what you think…
