Great advice and especially at this time of year!
It’s a daily battle to slow down for a lot of us… to take a few breaths and unwind.

I treat myself by going to the gym nearly every day. It’s amazing what it has done for my coping skills and outlook!

Of course naps are pretty special too………………..

You’re so very welcome! I had to remember on today’s walk to stay calm after Tulip ran into the bog and got all wet and muddy which means I add a dog bath to my to-do list today. She had so much fun, a bath is not too high of a price.

I believe that we all could do well to follow the practice of taking it easy. It seems our lives have sped up to the point that we all just zip by each other looking like deer in the headlights.

So on that note, I am reassessing my to-do list. Only the A items will be of concern. All the others can wait until after I walk the dog, read a book, and have a snack.

Another thing to consider when dining French is to include courses. The French really do normally serve an entree, a main course, and then cheese or dessert. These don’t have to be fancy, just good.
